Milica spent the first 10 years of her career in delivering various social services, leading different projects and teams.
Her signature was visible to a vast extent, in many projects and among individual social workers. After that, Milica changed a country and decided to prove herself in the competitive information technology industry.
With her unique approach to daily tasks, Milica quickly progressed from a Helpdesk agent to a Service Delivery Manager role, and then from a Team Lead to a First Line Manager due to her ability to provide extra care to each and every customer as well as for the people in her team.
Her passion is encouraging individual growth and helping people recognize new heights they can reach.
